Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags intact
  • Packed in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Innerwear & accessories
• Damaged products caused by customer misuse
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale offers

Exchange Policy

• Size exchange is available subject to stock availability.
• Customers must request exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or store wallet.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be free.
• Otherwise, shipping charges may apply.
